Lodge Accommodation includes:
- Lounge:
Open plan,Feature Gas fireplace. Comfortable leather triple settee and a reclining leather chair, 2 coffee tables, pine
dining table and 4 chairs.
- There is a large selection
of DVDs, videos, books, board games for all ages.
- 24" Colour TV, DVD & Video player. Hifi with a selection of music.
- Dining Area:
Open plan with the lounge, solid pine dining table with 4 pine chairs
- kitchen:
Well equipped with a Gas oven and gas hob, fridge with small freezer compartment,
microwave oven, toaster, kettle and an excellent stock of kitchen utensils including a hand blender, pans & casserole
dishes
- Bedroom 1:
Double bed with a fitted wardrobe & overhead cupboards & bedside cabinets (hairdryer
located in bedside cabinet), radio alarm clock, bedside lamp and a full length mirror!
- Bedroom 2:
2 single beds with a bedside cabinet and a bedside lamp, and a fitted wardrobe
- Shower room:
Overhead shower with a half size bath (ideal for the little ones) , WC and hand basin. bathroom cabinet and electric shaver
socket.
- decking/balcony: Extensive
sunny decking with an 'undercover area' , outside furniture includes a table
with four chairs, parasol, a 2 seater bench and a barbecue.
A shed with shelves. Access can be gained from the double patio lounge doors and the
front door .
- garden area:
with trees,shrubs and a barbecue area - please use this area to barbecue.
- Heating: being solid
pine the lodge retains heat from a Gas fire in the lounge and electric wall heaters in
all of the rooms - making a cosy lodge what ever the weather outside. Hot water is supplied constantly by
a Vaillant boiler.
- Parking:
provided alongside the lodge.
- Pets/Smoking: Sorry Troutbeck Lodge does not
accept Pets. Smoking is prohibited from inside the lodge .
