1. Contact us by any of the above methods
2. We will email a booking form/letter confirming your dates and giving you payment instructions. 
3. We take £100 deposit per week/booking then the final balance is due eight weeks prior to your stay. 
4. We accept payment by Card payment (please add 2% for a credit card - no fee for a debit card) cheque or postal order.
5. Any payments will be acknowleged by way of an email receipt-
6. Upon receipt of your final balance payment - your key collection/directions and a map of Limefitt Park will be emailed along with your receipt.
